The K Menu

Humble Korean food, worked into our scratch-made cafe dishes. Sylvia’s Korean cooking is where the K Menu began — and the community response is why it keeps growing.

A historic train stop

Legacy Coffee lives in a repurposed train stop on Bickford Avenue — a bright, airy room with a story to tell.

Soaring ceilings and exposed beams, crystal chandeliers, marble tables, and black-framed arched windows that pull in the morning light. A red British phone booth outside marks the entrance.

A labor of love

Legacy Coffee is owned and operated by Sylvia and Peter Kim — an Asian-owned, woman-owned business in Snohomish, WA. They describe the cafe as "a collision of good things": specialty coffee, handmade baked goods, and Korean-inspired cuisine, all under one roof.

Sylvia’s Korean culinary background inspired the K Menu, blending Korean flavors into familiar cafe formats. When the community fell for those dishes, she launched Legacy@Nite — a Friday evening pop-up built around them.

Everything is detail-obsessed and made by hand: hand-cut turkey, red wine onion jam reduced slowly, cookies pulled when they’re just right. A labor of love, every morning.
